I’d put up a pic, but it’s already gone. It was a surf and turf from a local brewery that my wife brought home. It was pretty good… but weird sides. French fries and Mac and cheese???

Also, I’m extremely happy that the 2000th post in my log was partially about burritos haha.

Busy morning, haven’t eaten anything yet. Had limited time to complete this so I kept 2 min rest times. Those last 20 curls are getting more and more brutal every week.

Not going to lie, I already hate log cleans. Damn that was rough. Huge quad pump, lungs are on fire. I will be alternating between log cleans and power cleans each week, so I only have 2 more log clean workouts to go. No way in hell I’m adding 20lb to the log though. Mayybbeee 15lb.

Yeah dude, I can already tell my upper back and core are going to be lit up tomorrow. I definitely feel like they’re easier to muscle up than bb cleans for sure. It sucked, so its gotta stay in the rotation haha.

It’s weird isn’t it? The sirloin alone are amazing.

In the reviews I read, people had mentioned that the dynasty stuff was surprisingly tender… I didn’t think it’d be THAT good.

I also just cooked the steak tips for lunch tomorrow and had a few practice bites… damn. It’s tender, and I didn’t even pay attention to how I cooked them haha.

I love just blasting those in the instant pot while doing some meal prep on the side. Little liquid smoke and some sort of seasoning and they’re fantastic.

I wish I had an instant pot. I just chucked them in the cast iron pan (after the steak was done… soak up the butter!) and threw some salt and Montreal steak seasoning on them, flipped them once and they were good to go.

Felt like a machine today. I love deepwater bench days. Flat stays at 185, CGBP goes to 155, incline goes to 135.

Left elbow/tricep wasn’t happy during dips but I did decent numbers on them. Hopefully I can cure it with more food. Pretty sure my weight has gone down a little bit the past week ish.

Quick update-

Cold has started to subside slightly. Feeling much better today than the past week or so. I felt really good yesterday after benching. The intensity is starting to ramp up again, and I’m getting that “unstoppable” feeling. Love it.

Eating has to be ramped up a little bit. I’ve kind of been a little lazy due to not feeling great, but that has to end. Things are about to get crazy in here and I have to be prepared to hit all of the Deepwater stuff at 100%.

Weekends have been freed up a bit, although I still have a decent amount of side work to complete, it’s not an overwhelming amount.

Muscular gains have seemed to kind of taper off a little… but again, that may just be due to lack of food. I’m thinking I’m sitting somewhere around 203-206 right now, so not much weight gained since day 1, but I am a hell of a lot stronger. I’m hoping to see another shot of gains once week 3-4 are in the books. Still not “lean”, but this is probably the leanest I’ve been in the past 2 years.

Conditioning after work today at some point. Thinking a belt squat stripset/power clean superset again.
