Try this website. They have pictoral representations of men at various bodyfat percentages. So you can get some idea on your own.

Wot, no shoe?

F*cking Chuck Norris…

Does it matter what the numbers are if what you care about is how you look?
Get leaner until you’re happy with how you look in the mirror, then add mass until you’re happy again.

What look are you training for?

Full House?
Hard?
Cut?
Defined?
Ripped?
Shredded?
Sliced?

I think “toned” is what the kids are calling it.

Basically this. At no point in life will you be asked by another person (who knows anything) what your bodyfat percentage is. Track your progress with a combination of the mirror, photos, clothes, measuring tape, and gym performance.

What’s your height and weight? That would give your random picture some kind of context.

My logic has always been that its best to lean out a bit before tacking on some mass?

Then do that. If you want to see your abs, and you won’t be happy if you can’t see your abs, what good does it do to try to get bigger if the whole time you’re miserable you can’t see your abs?

It really doesn’t matter if anyone else thinks your too fat to bulk or too small to cut. It’s whatever is going to make you the happiest.

True man

Its stupid to try to get too lean, before going on a bulk.

I mean the leaner you are, the harder it gets to cut.

If you wanna be a beast, put the mass on first, then worry about getting shredded or whatever later.

That small youll be able to put mass on crazy fast.

Instead of wasting 3 months to drop that extra 3-5% body fat, spend the next 6 months trying to add 20 pounds of solid mass.

Youll be glad you did
