Body Composition Changes

I’m thinking about taking 6 grams of Tonalin CLA and 600 mg of ALA per day. I want to make better use of my carbs and increase insulin sensitivity, lose some around the waist (calipers: currently 10-11 mm) and tighten the abdomen region up. For those who have used CLA and ALA, what type of body comp changes were noticed, and over what period of time?

The studies (quoted in the T-mag articles) showed that a dosage of 3.4 g per day of CLA was effective, and more didn’t do anything. Just some food for thought (and $ savings).

I noticed better results form the cla. It took about 4 or 5 good weeks though. It did lean out my tummy. About 7 grams a day.
