Has anyone tried CLA, if so did they get any results ( i.e. more lean mass, loss of adipose tissue) if so at what doasge and how long ???
i was doing a search yesterday and found tc’s article on cla revisted. he talked about a cla expert who said to only use of of two brands of cla because they are the only ones that contain a significant amount of the isomers of cla that work. i just orderd some from one of those manufacturers. most cla’s on the market probably won’t work. i tried it once before and didn’t get any noticiable results using eas brand. but that’s one the brands that tc said didn’t contain enough of the isomer.
I get my CLA from a number of different sources. T.C. said that as long as it comes from the distributor Tonalin, you’ll be getting good stuff. When I tried it, it was on the Meltdown protocol (we’ve got a separate thread going on that)and I had good overall results. I was using 3 grmas per day. I know that Poliquin suggests CLA usage for atheletes trying to lose abdominal fat.

I agree with Paul. Use Tonalin CLA. I just started using it a couple weeks ago - Prolab brand.
As to the Protein Factory, I would get it in pill form. I had about 15% added to my protein powder and had to return it. It had the absolute worst after-taste.
Clintpatty I agree with tyler. I bought cla powder from protein factory, I could not mix hardly any to my protein with out ruining it.
