Fat Burning Supps

For a month now, I’ve been using both CLA (Tonalin Brand) and ALA while consuming enough calories for maintenance. I lift four days a week, and follow each lifting session with 30 minutes on the stationary bike. I’ve seen great results in the reduction of body fat that I’ve never been able to achieve before, especially in the abdominal area. I’m going to include Green Tea Extract with the CLA, ALA and see if it has even greater effect on my body comp.

Anyone who is sensitive to the stimulants in thermos, give the CLA, ALA a try. Everyone is different, but it seems to be working great for me.

I too have had great results with these two products, especially CLA.

How many grams of CLA per day???

How much of each were you taking each day, and when?

What dosage of ALA are you using? I just started but am only using 200mg.

Most recommendations for ALA is to take 600mg a day to increase insulin sensitivity. Some report better results with more but the more you take the more likely you will experience effects of low blood sugar(tiredness,like on a keto diet). I split it up into 3 doses of 200 mg with my highest carb meals for the day. I think it has helped me out.

I take 2 capsules (2 grams) three times per day with a meal. The reason I take a total of 6 capsules per day is to make sure I get at least 4-5 grams of CLA per day. Each capsule consists of 72-82% CLA. I take one 200 mg. capsule of ALA three times per day.
