Will It Blend? - Golf Balls - YouTube Ever since i got one of these (sorry i couldn’t find the Chuck Norris one.) I was wondering if any of you had any recipes I could try whether for bulking or cutting, although I am focused on bulking right now.
What kind of bulk are you doing? If you’re trying to limit the carbs some, I’ve become a BIG fan of using Heavy Cream in my shakes. Make a slightly thick shake with Heavy Cream and you’ll think you’re drinking happiness.
Not worried about limiting carbs or fats, just don’t want to add pure sugar to the shakes while looking for an economical way of adding calories cleanly so if adding oatmeal, or cream gives me more calories for the price I would go with that instead.
I just started blending. I thought this wouldn’t taste good, but it tastes AMAZING, bascially EXACTLY like a ‘WHATCHAMACALLIT’ candy bar (no joke).
~14 oz of milk (I used 2%) (14g)
2+ scoops of chocolate protien powder (45g)
2 hard boiled whole eggs (12g)
3+ tbsp. of peanut butter (natural) (12g)
2 tsp. honey (0g)
I think were looking at about 80+ grams of protien, but I cannot tell you how fucking good it tastes, holy shit, I bet I could serve it as a dessert.
My shakes:
0.5-1 cup whole milk
6 eggs
2 scoops protein powder, any flavor
Cheap, taste half decent, and they pack around 90-100 grams of protein in each one. Awesome when you’re in a rush but don’t want your diet to suffer, or too lazy to cook a proper meal.
It may sound nasty but this is what I used to do
Make 1 cup of oatmeal, put it in the fridge until it is cold (~30 minutes)
1 scoop of whey
1 banana
2 table spoons PB
Just enough water to make it drinkable, I like to keep it REALLY thick
