This is going to be my breakfast for the next couple days.
1.5c frozen berries
2 scoops Grow! Whey
1 scoop Superfood
Handfull of walnuts
1 rounded tbsp natural PB
1c yogurt
Enough water to make it liquid-y, usually 12ish fl oz. does the trick.
I’m not sure what the calorie count is, but it’s enough to hold me over for a few hours.
Damn…thats a almost a whole meal…are you in bulk stage? Def clean bulk, but the cottage cheese seems kind of funky.
Do the blueberries have a lot of those little seeds?
this isnt entirely mine, I got the idea from that take a picture of your food thread, but here it is.
-1-2 tblspns. ground flax seed
-1/3 cup cottage cheese
-1/2 hass avacado (pretty ripe)
-1 scoop vanilla Low-carb Metabolic Drive
-1 packet of stevia, or splenda (or sugar if you dont give a shit about sugar intake).
Blend on low with just enough water to get it to goup together. Then add 1-2 ice cubes at a time, adding more water if neccasary, until it is at the consistency you desire. The longer you blend it, the more airy it will become.
Heres my favorite shake in the world:
16 oz cold water
5-6 ice cubes
2 scoops Low Carb Metabolic Drive (chocolate)
~Blend it up, enjoy.
Im a simple man. lol. I usually have this before bed with 10grams of fish oil.
I’ve just been using vanilla or banana flavored protein and a cup of frozen blueberries. They don’t have seeds, and they chill up the drink nicely! Delicious!
I large can of tuna, drained 55g protein
1.5 cup cranberry juice
1 banana
1 spoonful pumpkin
few pieces frozen pineapple
few pieces frozen mango
few pieces frozen blueberries
few pieces frozen strawberries
few pieces frozen peaches
few pieces frozen berry medley
Consume. It makes a bigass shake, not for those with small stomachs.

Wow, tuna in a shake? A little out there, but to each his own.
That pumpin, is that just pie filling, it sounds delicious ina shake, def will pick some of that up.[/quote]
If you’re trying to lean out a bit, try to get the pumpkin and not pre-made pumpkin pie mix. The label will be different and there will be more sugar in the pie mix. The regular pumpkin still tastes awesome in shakes.
