Im currently on a mass gain diet and need around 3000-3500 calories a day. (150lbs, ~20%BF, 5’9)
I am 17, so i am still in school. And the school food sucks and is expensive, so i am thinking of making some protein shakes at home and bring them to school to eat. Problem is i haven’t made any tasty protein shakes before. I know there are probably lots of forums on here, anyone care to link me up? thanks!!
A shake that is around 30g protein, 40g carbs is ideal. Anyone know any good ingredients to get that amount?
Protein being the obvious ingredient, some fruit, yogurt, oats, nuts, natty PB. Precision nutrition and Gourmet nutrition has a few recipes for shakes.
