The last week or so I have had no motivation to lift. Im pretty stressed, and I haven’t been sleeping well. I have been lifting, but my workouts have been terrible and don’t last for more than 45 minutes.
If all things go as planned I can start coaching my old high school track team as a throws coach. Im not very qualified, but im literally the only guy that can do it. And if that happens I can make a large amount of money in 3 months, and start cutting down my hours at real work.
Anywho, here is the video from my deadlift workout the other day. I come forward onto my toes, it was an ugly lift IMO:
Well that’s it for the first day back. Benching tomorrow and then taking the rest of the week off, then ill be startin 5/3/1 back up on monday. Gettin some Rogue do-wins in the mail, hopefully they can fix some of the squat issues ive had in the past.

Finished with some left tricep work… when I was finished with my workout my left arm was only a little bit smaller than my right, I think im headed in the right direction!
I needed to lift somthing heavy, that’s why I had the 2-board in there… it’s staying.
Stepped on a scale for the first time in about 2 months yesterday and I weighed 215. Now, it probably didnt happen overnight, Ive probably been losing weight slowly over the last few months since ive been eating more regularly and “healthy”, but that’s not what concerns me. I look like shit for 215. during the summer I had a decent amount of muscle definintion, but now I look like a fucking slob… I thought all along I was around 250.
Im not sure what to do, maybe this BB thing was a bad idea… FML.

Really weird… I can still pull 500, but am only repping this for 12. My PR is 455 for 10 I believe, and I was only doing around 520 then.
Called it a day… I have work soon and im just tired and depressed as hell. I think when I come home tonight ill do some DB and cable rows, but for now im just gonna eat and jack off with my tears. (not at the same time btw)
Well, your post about your bodyweight was pretty depressing. You think the healthy eating was the cause? Not to be an ass, but I hope in the future you check up on your weight at least once a week. I’ve kind of thought this whole time that you’ve been getting weaker, but you also realized that and posted about it. What’s your plan now?
