Im not really sure how much ive progressed latley, ive been wondering that myself. I think my chest was 48" last time I checked, and I havent measured since. I know my arms are always around 16-17". Ill have to pull out my tape sometime soon and check, I got a shitload of new stretchmarks on the left side of my upper chest, and that’s exactly where I wanted it, since im lagging a little over there.
And ive been eating alot, once I made the change to bodybuilding I promised to clean up my diet, so ive been eating alot more meats = put on fat. I think I was 234 last time I checked at a friends house, since I dont have a scale. Id say im up around 240 pounds now.

Solid workout, I think im gonna keep the cable curls at the end of my back movements instead of the T-bar rows. Also gonna keep the hammer cable curls in there, my arms felt raped after them.

Didn’t lift yesterday (1-28-11) because I went to the Millrose Games again. It was a really cool experience, I got to talk to Reese Hoffa and Adam Nelson again, and met Ryan Whiting who was a super nice guy, him and Reese gave me their pinnies.
But the best part of the night was when I got to shag the shots on the field, was up close and personal to see some throws, it was pretty amazing stuff. 3 or 4 times I was almost destroyed bye a shotput, haha.

And yea, I peaked in strength about sixth month’s ago, since then ive had a few injury’s and certain obligations that got in the way of lifting, but im workin my way back up through a bodybuilding-ish routine.
