Congrats on the mass increase.
You’re about 10 lbs heavier than I am while about 2 inches taller.
Are you going to post comparison photos?

Huh, you’re not 190 lbs? are you. I thought you were around 260 or so, lol

I’d like to add to the many suggestions you’ve received, but do not seem to be heeding…
You are going about the process of trying to add quality bulk in an ass backwards way. Your logic of maximizing your natural potential by using prohormones, and a ton of supplements, when you don’t even have any quality strength levels built up is very novice-like, which is surprising considering your job and your knowledge level (I have read many of your posts–you know your supplement info and lifting terminology).
Bby your own admission, the approach you have taken has not worked. You have posted pics that have shown no improvement in your physique and honestly, you look like a normal “weekend warrior” that I see two days a week in my gym.
Why am I sharing this? Because I hate seeing guys waste time doing things ass backwards, spending a ton of money of supplements, then commenting that ReceptorMax or Surge Workout Fuel don’t work, when you’re lifting weights that are most peoples warm-ups around here . Turn it around. Use your knowledge of the basics to bring your training and nutrition up a notch. Here’s what I suggest:
Drop all the fancy supplements for now. Spend the money on FOOD! You should be eating 1.5 to 2 lbs of lean meats a day.
Eat more quality food. If you need extra protein, get a tub or two of Metabolic Drive or Grow!
Quit making excuses about your training. You do a lot of posting as to how you want to weigh 215. Why not do this instead…post what numbers you want to reach on your lifts: eg. Squat 315 for 3 sets of 5, Bench Press 245 for 3 sets of 5, Deadlift 365 for 3 sets of 5. If you find yourself getting closer to these numbers, you will see big changes.
Look, you seem like great guy and I love your enthusiasm for the iron game. But you are way too focused on supplements and have an unrealistic view of what they could do for you. Focus on the basics & get a hell of a lot stronger. Try going to the basics and stick to your lifting consistently and see what happens. Bake the cake first (training/quality food) then add the icing (supplements) when the time is right. Best of luck to you.

I don’t care about what #s I lift, that is not the goal.
And no progress?
This time last year in Feb I was 167 lbs at 18% BF, I’m now 203 at 19% body fat, yeah no progress there.
ps- about 30 lbs of that was w/o the pro-hormones.
3rd post in a row I know.
My staple supplements are
ZMA
CReatine,
Flameout
Surge
Metabolic Drive
Whey protein
beyond that I use Superfood a few servings per week and other things I’ll rotate periodically, like 11-T.
I just wanted to give Receptor Max and SWF a try.
When you look at it, I stick the the basics mainly. Was the MAG-10 needed right now? Absolutely not, but I wanted faster results.

I appreciate the weight gain and you should be commended.
I would also ask, are you seeing dramatic changes in your physique? Are you seeing significant progess on your lifts? You say you don’t care how much you lift, but I would respectfully suggest that the stronger you get, the closer you will get to your physique goals.
Unless your only goal is to weigh 215, which, if that is the case, then I apologize for my assumptions and wish you well…you only have 12 pounds to go.

Nothing spectacular, I know, but I’m happy with the progress thus far.
So what’s going on with diet/training? Are you going to make any changes?
I’ve been eating about 4300 cals the past week, little lower on the weekends (which usually happens).
Taking the old TRIBEX and M for the past week, but my libido was in the dump for a good 4 days after.
I’m just trying to keep the weight I put on for this week and next week starts another 2 week cycle of MAG-10 Destroyer.
Got some Alpha Male on the way though to use after.
I was getting around 5300 cals consistently on the MAG-10 before, and since I didn’t put on any noticable body fat, I’m going to up it to at least 5500 cals, maybe slightly higher.
Will be doing the Growth Surge II again, with my own modifications on exercise selection.
TOMORROW: it starts again.
2 weeks MAG-10 Destroyer and 11-T

That seems like an awfully high number of calories for your size, such that you should be gaining weight faster given that you are taking prohormones.
Do you disagree? Doesn’t it come out to almost 27xBW in cals?
Just curious, not critiquing.
Would you mind posting a typical day of eating for you? And no “I couldn’t get in lunch today, so just double Meal 3 and you’ll get an idea.”
I am curious what 5400 calories looks like when you get in all your meals. I am sure it is a ridiculous amount of food.

I’ve had my metabolism tested with a MedGem, and I have a very high metabolism for my size. This was when I was 165 lbs, and I had a higher RMR than guys with 30-40 more lbs of muscle than me in comparison.
I’m also lifting twice per day.
I gained almost 8 lbs during the 1st 2 week cycle, which a few of that was water and glycogen from the MAG-10. I settled off at 5 lbs.
