6 hrs. Works best with my schedule.

Weighed myself out of curiosity. Up 3 lbs since Monday. I’ll attribute the vast majority of this to water and glycogen (more carbs and 10g of creatine daily verse 5g).

4750 Calories today, little more than I planned for, and I ended up under shooting protein and carbs a little.

Protein: 383g 32%

Not having 2 servings of Surge will decrease carbs and protein for sure.

this week and next. 2 week break (once daily) when off MAG-10, 11-T, then another repeat 2 weeks of 2-a-days. Then at least a 4 week off cycle

What’s your routine like on your off-cycle weeks?

Is it simply half of your 2 a days or is it actually less intensive (say, higher reps) than that?

When I do two a days I will start the back off week with a full body massage, then go somewhere nice and sunny (the beach!) for a few days to relax.

Keep going, things look good so far. I am excited to see how this works for you. Mag10 was awesome for me so I trust you’ll see something as well. FOOD!

I’m poopin like crazy, which sucks, but I’m at 199.5 today up 4.5 lbs since Monday.

Strength is increasing nicely.

Did Back and Shoulders yesterday.

It’s been 1 week of MAG-10 (liquid) and 11-T, 1 dose each per day. Along with 10g creatine

Up 5 lbs (hit 200 lbs finally) and body fat has dropped 1%.

Averaging about 5200 calories/day I would guess.

Let’s see what the next week brings.

I have some TRIBEX and M that came with one of the MAG-10s.

I’ll be doing Alpha Male after the 2nd cycle. Not sure if it’s back in stock yet though

You’re about 10 lbs heavier than I am while about 2 inches taller.
