My Epic First-Time Journey Towards a Better Physique

It is a pleasure to join you here on T-Nation and would like to share this experience with you as often and detailed as possible.
On this “journey” I will be running my first ever AAS cycle consisting of 250mg of testosterone enanthate a week for 10 weeks.
Here are my statistics and some background information on myself:
AGE: 23
HEIGHT: 5’11
WEIGHT: 178
Body Comp: About 8.5% BF
SLEEP: About 7-9 hours on average. Wish I could get more. Fuck work.
YEARS TRAINING: 6 Dedicated, with sufficient knowledge. 2 Years before were similar to-kindergarten soccer (you try really hard but are completely oblivious to the game)
TYPE OF TRAINING: Consistent, year-round resistance training. 2 years of my 6 were intertwined with year-round wrestling, soccer, baseball, and cross country conditioning. Past 4 years have been solid weight training years while compiling about 2 hours a week of aerobic activity teaching group fitness classes, walking/biking around town, outdoor running (frequent HIIT as well)
DIET: Currently eating as clean as I did while in season competing with wrestling. Eating between 2700-3100 calories/daily. Caloric intake breakdown is normally about 35% Protein, 25% Fat, 40% Carbohydrates. I don’t remember the last time I ate less than 5 times in a day. Consuming primarily only nutrient dense foods, with the occasional serving of 90% Cocoa dark chocolate when I get stressed out or need a boost with the ladies (About Once a week).
Eating consistently about every 2-3 hours. My body loves me because it is always nourished with plenty of milk, fat-free plain yogurt, almonds, walnuts, beans, spinach, broccoli, extra virgin olive oil, plain oatmeal, cottage cheese, eggs, turkey, boneless skinless chicken breasts, peanut butter, whey protein, 100% whole/grain-whole wheat products, extra lean ground beef, blueberries, strawberries, apples, oranges, grapefruits, raisins (when In need of some high glycemic food), pure pumpkin, flaxseeds, low-fat cheese. Pretty tuned in to my understanding.
CYCLE EXPERIENCE: None, I have been waiting for this time to come for quite some time. Exactly why I called this post “EPIC”!
CURRENT CYCLE: Weeks 1-10 250mg Testosterone Enanthate (Geneza Pharmaceuticals)
Post Cycle 100iu HCG/ed (Pregnyl), 7 days after first injection? / have plenty of 10mg Nolvadex on hand
Here is the forum that shocked me about the clinical research regarding using HCG in this manner. It is very interesting. Is anyone else familiar with this approach? Please criticize and offer whatever you can to help. I am confused as to how to go about using the Nolvadex while using this method. I may just have to use them the traditional way post cycle if there is not much experience with this way.
GOALS: I am hoping to gain about 8-15 pounds of solid, functional muscle while decreasing my fat to about 6-7%.
MORE ON ME: I have been a personal trainer for the past 2 years and am constantly in the gym. If I am not working with clients or teaching group fitness classes then I am taking it to the house on my physique. I have been lifting about 6 times a week and running/biking about twice a week for 20-30 minutes/bout at 80-85% or my maximum effort/V02 Max.
I like to stay lean because it seems to be the only way to keep the amount of muscle definition that keeps me satisfied when looking in the mirror. Therefore, I primarily train with intense circuits or focus on training for metabolic hypertrophy. Over the next 10 weeks I will be posting as often as I can, and will be very anxious to hear any suggestions and answer any questions. Please inform me if I have failed to include any essential information, I hate when people do it but I am getting tired as hell.
