I have a home gym and own dumbbell handles. I can get 3x25 on each side plus a 10. The handles + bulldog collars are probably around 15 lbs. That would total 185 lbs. Since I am over 200 lbs that would make me the biggest dumbbell in my gym.

65kgs/143lbs
150 pounds at main place, 200 pounds at occasional place (Powerhouse Gym, Highland Park the original one. Arnold even worked out there back in the 70’s)
50 pounds in my home gym. Boo. But I supplement by doing dumbbell stuff with my curl bar… Can fit way more on that than I can lift with one hand. ![]()

Are you being serious? Because if so, you are the MacGuyver of the gym world. You should use gorilla glue and put tens on and leave them there after writing the “new” weight with a sharpie.

180lb all metal db set, 200 in the rubberized db set. They have two full sets one all metal one rubberized with fat grips both have multiple pairs in all weights below something like 85lbs… ( but what I’m excited about is that we went from 1 power rack to 7 this semester…)
120s at Celli’s, 45s at home gym, 150s at my old gym
200 lbs
150 @ my gym, I have plate loaded ones at home I could probably get 250 or more on though.
Biggest dumbbell I have ever seen is 500lbs.
