Alright, I need to be completely honest
I love training shoulders, I’d happily skip leg, back, arm and chest every session if I could just hammer shoulders… But this reallllllllyyyy sucked
Like this was top 5 most torturous sessions ever
I put this up with when I had to leave the gym early from back pumps
If you’re ever stuck for a workout, it’s been scaled to 55% of your 1RM, do this and tell me how you go because I’m currently sitting in the car and I can barely lift my arms to the steering wheel hence why I’m writing this in the Carpark
I literally seen 2 veins appear that I’ve never seen on my outer delt
Nah, size
I was happy with a basis of strength, but I’m young and a little superficial. Just wanna look good and look big
The volume block is only going to go for another 8 or so weeks then I’ll reassess my plan from there
Hey, there’s nothing wrong with being a little superficial, and it’s not solely the domain of the young. I train mostly for performance, but I have to admit that I got a nice ego boost last month at my 35th high school reunion when I had a lot of people double-take when they found out who I was.
Haha that’s eventually what I’m aiming for
I’ve always been the big guy, but the end goal is to be labelled as a “beast” or a “monster”
That would be the ultimate compliment
