I used to not do high rep leg work enough and Its no coincidence that whenever I do them, they seem to grow so over the past 2 months Ive been doing them, it kinda feels like im cheating if I dont do them now
I will admit its now the morning after and my legs are sore as all hell

Yeah I have a bit of hip pain this morning that feels a bit wider then usual, and tryingto stretch and crack is making it a little worse so ill ease into movements in prep for another high tempo leg day this saturday night
I guess my new goal is a 225 rear foot elevated split squat. I’ll likely abandon that if I can squat normally though.
Correct me if im wrong but rear foot elevated is supposed to target hamstrings more then quads yes?
It definitely feels that way! I do trap bar deads with the high handles afterwards and my legs are jello.

That’s not a bad thing though, it just means you can eat more, as a coach I would be pretty happy about this.
Of course the best situation would be to gain weight while getting leaner

Anyone on glutamine here?
Like I have a fast metabolism as it is, but combining it with gutamine (amongst others) is making me shit like no tomorrow

I’d put my money on increased food and dropping the cardio, but we’ll see. You do train a lot
I use glutamine post workout, haven’t noticed side effects like that though
I used to use glutamine and creatine together and it played havoc with my guts. Got me the nick name Chemical Ali back in the early 2000’s.
