He’s an 18 yr old PHENOM!!!

Seriously man. GREAT strength. Good work. If you came to my gym and benched 385lbs, it would go totally silent and then all the curlbros would become your groupies.

LOL nothing phenomenal yet

Today might be the same as yesterday because all I want to do is sleep.

NO SPAR… get your arse in the gym!
btw with study, treat it like your at the gym doing squats for a gagillion hours. Throw in the same effort (NO HOMO). Success is a lotta small things done well, yes mam,no mam, school work, little things in life - ray lewis.
No go destroy weights.

I had those problems throughout school. My solution was to coast and never perform as well as I could have because it didn’t matter and I still did better than average.

Hopefully I will come out with a 2/1… but a 1st would have been EASY if I had put in the work and I also wish to go back to Uni and study something like nutrition in the future.
What’s a 2/1?
1st is the highest degree you can get, then it goes 2/1, 2/2, 3rd and then a “plain degree without honours”.

In other words, it would be a really solid mark if it were on a more challenging course, but if I don’t manage it I will be very disappointed as it’s really not that much work.

Oh don’t worry. I have a pretty nice setup right now. I’ll lift some heavy shit tomorrow. More volume tonight.

2/1 lift is good whether its ‘4" above para.’ or 4" below para. I see you say youre trolling but you clearly think this is true. Its rather true for a certain federation but the thing is, the lifters who get the squats passed in that fed, most of them will say it was high. For example, my buddy’s friend who is a WR holder in the 181 squat, openly says that yeah his squat was high, but it got the white lights it needed. While that’s not the right way, its just how it goes. My hopes are what Lexen Xtreme and the XPC is doing will change that. Will this stop me from competing in said federation? Nope.

…or if one side judge sees your foot move, or notices the bar move on your back, or thinks you jumped the “squat” command, or any other of the rules required to get a good lift.

Unsuccessful troll is unsuccessful.

lol

It’s all good really, I am intending to do a meet myself this year so it’s not like I don’t have a ton of respect for PLing in general. I wouldn’t want to compete in a fed which passes high squats myself but that’s just a personal choice and I realise there’s plenty of different records for different feds etc… it’s just a lot to keep track of if unless you follow powerlifting in general so I try to stay grounded by looking at records within the fed I wish to compete in, suppose I can’t do much more then that.
