NOTES:

  1. Felt legions superior than last session. I’m slowly but surely adapting to this system.
  2. Fixed my setup and pulls felt marvelous. Technique is far from perfect, but today was a significant improvement.
  3. I also tried wearing my belt George Leeman style around my t-spine. It hurts like a bitch, but my lower back feels great relatively speaking.

SUMMATION:
Excellent. I really like the way this program is laid out. Can’t wait for the next couple of weeks when I start handling some heavier stuff. I’m feeling it in all the right places.

YEP! I did that when I was program jumping like a fool. I figured posting here/reading 100 logs a day wasn’t helping me get my shit sorted.
