To the best of my precision, I’d say no less than 15% and no more than 18%. It’s moreso where I store fat rather than the cumulative amount. Right around the pelvic region is where I store the most. My legs look equivalent to those of someone who’s around 10. I think I’m leaning lower though. I think I’d look really good around say 12%.

- My pecs were much more involved today. Maybe because I looked at them.
- Setup was a tad loose and shoulder pain started to accumulate, so I stopped early. Performance didn’t match fatigue, but I took much shorter rest periods, so that’s more progress on that tangent.

- My shoulders were numb by the time I began benching. That’s strike 1.
- No knurling in past my middle finger. Strike 2.
- Too thin to fully grasp and squeeze. Strike 3.
- Those sets were Misha slow. Sheesh. Felt like I was holding back. Everything about benching felt odd. I’d compare to trying to deadlift in high heeled shoes. Makes no sense. Couldn’t apply much force. I knew I should used a different bar, but I decided to give it a try. I’ll just trust my instincts in the gym from now on. No more thin bar.

For my SLDLs, the tricky thing about them dead stop style is after the first rep I have the urge to stop. So I’ll fight the urge no longer. I’ll go heavier on them while keeping the reps at 3 or less. They’re unique in the way they hit my hams. Why ignore that?
