You don’t have to stop logging your training, man. I agree with Matt here in that you can’t be all “goals goals goals” without actually doing anything to get there. I’m sure people would be more than happy to see the training you ARE doing, and then when you reach a goal, stating so at that point. I don’t like to put my goals/plans out there because hey, life happens, and plans get derailed quickly. Just gotta keep pushing forward, man.

NOTES: Not much to say really. I had under 20 minutes, and I dealt with it. Not enough time for heavy work, so pretty casual. Everything felt solid. Still brutish and not very technical, but great acceleration from the chest. Really low rest on everything. Got a pretty decent pump (thanks for sharing jabbrah). … and yes, I quoted myself and I’ll continue to do that with every training update.
