Looked up C/P - it’s pretty interesting in that it goes off of a desired max. Are there any guidelines on how to choose a desired max? Seems to me it would be very easy to pick a completely wrong number!

Generally, you would shoot for somewhere between 30-40 lbs. It’s good if you deadlift between 3-600 lbs. But if you deadlift around 800, you’d be doing 700 lb. speed pulls. Derp.

Jab people usually say choose around 30lbs higher than your current.
Its a great program, know lots of people who have ran it with success.
