Thanks bro

Don’t let a miss ruin your session. That’s happened to me all too often, especially now since I’m fucking up on deadlifts.

Strength is a journey that follows a road that never quite ends. We just find rest stops along the way where we’re able to assess our current progress and ultimately decide if we want to continue on a never ending path or turn around and go back to the easy way of doing things.

Lol. I can’t wear jeans anymore. Not saying it’s a bad thing. My nuts are no longer squashed to my belly button.

That’s why I wear them sized too big. Breathing room.

Breathing room is a good thing for nuts.

Congrats on beltless PR, psychologically, you know your not at your limit, which is cool, just means when the day does come everything goes right you should hit pretty big PRs.

hmm

just as a hypothetical. if you DID do a meet this summer and killed it, psychologically that’d put you in a good place. hell, at the very least if you finished a whole meet at least you have a competition total to work off of.

mos def

I’ve concluded that as long as my sessions remain fun, I’ll have no issues.

^^ GOOD CALL!! I was not focused for my squat day at all yesterday. I am usually sOOoo into it! It sucked big time, and I was grumpy for the rest of the day. Not worth it. Training IS supposed to be fun.
