  1. Fast work today. Surpassed last time by far. Finally working up to some decent explosiveness. Everything was easy as fuck.
  2. With my triples, I lost count like four times so I probably did more sets.

SUMMATION:
Training went quite well today. With this layout, I’m doing the same three pressing variations on a weekly basis and then rotating then when I’ve maxed out on least two of the three or I become bored with them (whichever comes first).
