yeah yeah yeah
Back I suppose
I think I’ll actually just rest today. Seems like a good idea.
Tomorrow heavy lockout and back work and abs and Saturday squats and volume lower.

Yep definitely doing this
No deadlifts next week. Going to start a run at Coan/Phillippi for it the subsequent week. Also my left shoulder is tighter than my right shoulder and I’ve noticed it doesn’t drop when I’m holding this could be what’s instigating the imbalance and negatively affecting my pull.
Measurements
waking weight: 219
arms: 17.5
neck: 17
thighs: 28
chest: 46
shoulders: 53
calves: 16
waist: 35.5
You a big boy… arms in particular sound awesome. Waist is pretty reasonable for your weight too. Nice. Looking forward to seeing how coan/phillipi goes since I will eventually run it myself.

Considering my training age, starting point, and main focus, not too shabby. Once I’ve been stretching my hips out for a while and the ab work accumulates, C/P shouldn’t be too bad.

Out of time. Almost got locked in. Saw the last dude leave and my thought pattern was, “Must be closing in a minute … keep lifting.” In short, no abs :(.
SUMMATION:
In spite of a few screw ups, today felt pretty fantastic. None of hyooge PRs that are commonplace in my mission statement but the work felt highly qualitative. I’m liking how training is going so far overall. Oh yeah, I also randomly did some calf raises in the midst of my OH work and my right Achilles felt kinda iffy. The blood flow did it good. Going to be vigilant of that. Don’t want any preventable gamechangers.
I think it’s safe to say my work capacity was pretty good. By the end, I felt and still felt good for a lot of work. I’ll probably do something in the house. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if squats feel meh tomorrow but whatever. Still going to get the work in.
On a physique, I’m noticeably thicker in a few areas while being somewhat leaner. That’s all I’ll say.
Going to see Battleship today
Battleship was pretty good. Got some compliments on my size from people that have known me since I was little. Skwatz later.

Not very different. Not very structured just with healthier choices. Always need more protein.
I’m thinking about maybe cutting my losses and doing a meet this summer.
I don’t think you used “cutting your losses” correctly.
But do a meet.
Then eat meat.
Meet and greet,
A giant fluffy sheep,
Wearing a golden fleece.
