Oh ok I thought you were in college in DC and you went even further north
Sorry for the confusion. College in GA. Home in DC.
No problems, was just wondering. Any awesome special equipment that you have access to in DC now?
Nope lol

What’s your incline bench for? Assistance for bench, overhead, what? Just curious.

Just building overall upper body strength. You can call it bench assistance but I don’t look at it that way.

Oh yeah I can take measurements now, so I’m going to measure on a weekly basis.

It’s not that bad. There’s not much you really need. Just heavy weights, internal drive, and an intelligent mind.

strength sports FTW broski

I probably won’t go to the gym today. Just do some supplementary stuff at home. Squatting tomorrow seems likely.

It’s a shame logs asymptote at page 46.

Thanks man but I know I can do much better. I’ve been thinking about changing my whole mindset about movement. In the big 3 or even when moving anything at all, confidence is paramount. Without confidence, you’ll be slow, derpy, uncoordinated, and weak. You’re setting yourself up for failure. I need to train myself to move with absolute confidence and grace. Every exertion must have purpose. Waste less energy. Remain positive. Keep pushing forward. Pretty much a psychological boost with some kinesthetic remodeling. I need to be in tune with my body to the level of an elite world class athlete. Basically developing a genuine awareness of my performance capability on the spot.

I like this!!

The mental aspect is the toughest part to master, me thinks. You can tinker with form/watch videos/read articles, but confidence under the bar and the right mindset is 100% YOU.

BLARGHHH!!! I’m unsure of what to do today. We’ll see.

Lift something heavy. A lot.

You’re welcome.
