And oh my…late B-day present!!!
Thanks Greg!! It was fun! Lookin forward to our next adventure. going back to Williamsburg/Jamestown soon. They have it set up as a colonial town with most of the original buildings. People dress up and re-enact stuff all day…it’s pretty sweet.
Then theres Busch Gardens up the road… /M/M\
damn…over $200 to go see all these bands.

I have done 15% for 45 to an hour lately.
What do I win?
^^^^^
I totally worked up to it. 10% was my max for a long time.
KEY IS KEEP YOU HANDS OFF THE RAILS!!! No holding on. IS CHEATING.
Those lame asses at fifteen percent incline holding on to the console for dear life is so LOL.
For me the key was to drop the speed not the incline really no reason to go fast AT ALL AT ALL AT ALL speed meaningless, incline everything. So keep the incline drop the speed… eventually will be able to inch the speed up and up and up.
Anyhoo…
Keep it up girl.
GAWD NOw I’m carpet bombing your log LOL.
I came in here to tell you that you’ve got top secret mail.
PM will self destruct just like inspector gadget.
That’s crazy GOOD!! ^5!
…I’m outta shape with my cardio fitness. And it wasn’t too long ago that I smoked!!
YOU GO GIRL!!! And no…I no hold on!
walking and bike sprints seem to be the only safe thing I have left. Maybe the precor…but my knees were NOT, I repeat NOT feeling the jogging and sprinting I was trying to do. Which makes me sad cause sprints are AWESOME!!!
Maybe I try hill sprints again…a little easier on the knees.

Good training, MiM! But yeah, move the camera a bit further out so we can get some more Betty goodness.
Your knees look good to me in the video.
moar betty goodness!! I’m so glad to hear the health issues are getting sorted out. I hope things continue upward for you.
Nice legs you’ve got there.

Actually, all of me is sore.
Made it to the gym(3 days in a row!)

Lat pulldown
seesaw press
low row
smith incline bench
upright row
standing cable chest press

4 minutes @15% incline…
no shoulder pain, per se, but was more aware… felt the need to constantly move them about after every set…I really like the standing cable press!!
yep, still got em I think. And will only continue to get better!
And you know what else? Yesterday afternoon was the first time I did not get a headache in MONTHS… and this morning is the first day I did not WAKE UP with a headache.
Maybe it’s all in my head and I don’t care if it is, but I think the meds are already working! I’m still going to push to get as far to the left of normal as I can. For example the ‘normal,’ range is (0.5-5) May be less than 5 now, gotta look that one up. My point is, many Drs will say, hey your NORMAL now, your at a 5…congrats!!
And many people still feel like SHIT.
Very nice legs in deed!
Woohoo for no headaches. I agree, it doesn’t matter why, it just matters that it’s gone!
That is very awesome that you are feeling better! Mmmmm…legs!
Nice legs! Woohoo for feeling better!
