Mr. Hammond, the phones are working...

EDIT TO HAVE MY JOURNAL INTRO BETTER REFLECT THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY GOALS:

(Also, that word status in my previous sentence was actually pronounced state-es, because that is how Picard pronounces it).

THIRD EDIT TO UPDATE THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY GOALS:

Current Lifts

Squat 185 x 3 sans belt 195 x 1 belted. Also, most likely butt winked, LOLllll
Bench Press 135 x 1 Paused (best day ever)
DL 240 x 1 sans belt

Current program Korte 3x3 which I plan to run over and over again even though you’re not supposed to just cause I really like it.

Planning a meet on Oct. 20th and have no idea what I hope to total. Just as long as I don’t get all red lights on everything I will be happy as a clam

UMM YEP.

Yay for starting the log!

I’m sure you’ll get more visitors then my training log gets.

That’s a huge transformation too, 150 to 116!

Looking forward to seeing your OCD workouts, and thanks for the semi-creepy cyber sorta love, lol

How old is your son?

He’s 5!!

AND I also apparently failed at uploading a video because I really have no idea what the hell I’m doing yet, Lol.
It was a clip from my favourite childhood cartoon, gargoyles. I idolize Demona and wanted everyone to see clips of her cool muscley shooting action. Ah well, use yerr imaginations…

I watched Gargoyles with my kids, lol

3st!

I didn’t know you is a mama!

Make that sexy lil mama yousweet thang.

You don’t have to be a powerlifter to log here - a lot of us aren’t, me included. Just wanting to be more awesome is enough.

Anyway, seven days a week? Wow. Don’t you get exhausted/injured/sick? I know for a fact my body will start to break down if I up my training frequency. I am a bit shit at recovery, apparently.

i’m a 7 days a week person, too. i find that i get injured if i have time off. that being said i certainly have light days. can amuse myself with a gym ball for hours  glad you decided to join us. looking forward to following along your progress.

wanting to be more awesome FTW!!

After reading this you just got a lot cooler.

I like the creepy plz look at my body pics. Keep 'em coming.

Glad to see you logging, congratulations on such a body transformation. I’d kill for a 280 DL.

your training sounds akin to me!! BUCK WILD and crazy! EEE!!! new log to read :D!!!

I’m curious how your strength fared with such a dramatic weight loss. What do your numbers look like now? And welcome.

WELL interstingly enough it held up pretty good for a while. Up until a month or so ago I could still do 185x8 DL’s for 4 sets with like no rest. My squat was halfway decent, my bench started to go though. OH MAN. I was at a 130 bench and so excited to finally do the big boy plates, but now I can do around 100x5 and it feels heavy.
I don’t know if it’s just my training though?? I don’t train for strength so much. I would be curious what I could lift if I did a week or two of very low reps. It’s like my CNS isn’t used to it anymore or something.

YAYyy !! I saw you post in the RMP thread and I thought you were just the coolest chick ever. Thanks for poppin’ by!

 HELLLLO super strong girl that I may have cyber stalked/creeped at some point in time…

I remember reading you got like a 225x20 DL or something. It’s probably higher than that now though, ha-ha.

Ya’ll secretly been inspiring me for years, MWAHHA

OKAY SO random perhaps boring update (also, apologies that I don’t know how to multi-quote, if people keep talking to me I’ll really get my post count up, ha-ha).

BI’s Tri’s today:
Started it like uhh 8 chin ups then 7 dips then 7 chin ups and another 7 dips all super setted to get my mojo going.

That was the only exciting thing for my workout. Biceps and triceps are redundant and boring. I also just realized how hard it is to log my workouts when I don’t know the names of half the exercises I am doing, LOl!

Tricep elbow benty over head thinger with bicep curl palms facing this way sorta stuff=BoooooooooORing.
so yes, i spent an hour doing that random shizz.

I should think up some fitness goals so I have something to get excited about again. I love looking forward to stuff. I’ll work on that…

OKAY nothing else to report. Took my kid to the library and he used his own card for the very first time. Shoulda seen him hauling this big ol’ book bag around, like a mutha f***ing boss, yo.

LASTLY RANDOM KID PHOTO …!

Christmas day getting a chain chomper (mario character) (we’re both nerds)
