Best Training for a Bulking Phase?

after cutting for 5 months i now want to enter a bulking phase. what i want to no is what type of training i should do, along with my bulking diet, to put on mass more efficiently.

i will appreciate any opinions given!!

Dibbs you need to be doing something with enough volume and enough compound lifts.

Any programme with a 4-5 day split that involves a 8-12 rep range and includes squat/bench/deadlift variations is gravy.

Plus food.

The best program is the one your not doing…

it bugs me when people say this. obviously, its good to vary your training, im sure he understands that. thats obviously WHY he is asking for advice. if someone asks for advice on a training program, they are looking for what worked for you. he is looking to change up his training program and its always good to know what youre doing before staring a new program

to the OP–if you lost strength during your cut, consider doing the madcow 5x5 or rippetoe 3x5. if TBT isnt what youre looking for, just stick to a decent split. post up a split here for further critiquing by the big boys

I was typing a response when I realized this one had everything I wanted to say (including the first part).

You can Google “Madcow 5x5” or “Bill Starr 5x5” or better yet buy Bill Starrs book.

I’m doing 4 sets per with a 6-12 rep range. Heavy as fucking possible with proper form and at full throttle intensity. “holy diver” intensity.

Can this be moved to the beginners section? How many times is this question asked daily?
