All of Charles Poloquin’s work has been very influential for me, but seeing as a lot of my fave’s have been mentioned, I thought I’d add two that have not yet been posted.
First, a great training program for the Advanced lifter. It’s one that some of the new forum lurkers can try after some of the ‘beginner’ programs. Superbly referenced and fascinating:
Reactive Strength by Don Alessi
I really liked the Fat Fast article, it was the only one that I found that actually worked at reducing my weight…I looking forward to trying others. It can be found in the following link:

Is this about traing, in my opinion it is just that. I have spent a lot of money on book since I read it and I have learnt the base which most of the other articels are based on, this makes it easier to modifie every program so it suits me or someone who wants some help with there training.
The articel that I use as education most often is Back to Basics Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
I must have linked to it some 50 times in discussion on other forums.

One of my favorites is the “A Bowlful of Jelly/German Body Comp” program, found at:

new readers don't exactly mean newbies, and this article presents a training program that is a little unique. It would be great for a beginner or advanced lifter, used in conjunction with a cutting diet.
Best training article for me is without question the “bring the pain” series. This method of training covers all of the bases. Talk about givin’ yourself a good 'ol whoopin!
The first installment of the series can be found here: Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
The name of the article fits all too well…
I’ve been with T-mag since about issue 35 and the best TRAINING article was Bryan Haycock’s Hypertrophy-Specific Training: An Overview and Sample Program in issue 217.
