I would have to say the atomic dog articles always serve as a direct encouragement to my training, so indirectly it is about training.

Ian King’s First Limping into October Phase 1
The EDT series from Charles Staley, hands down. I know when I’m going to the gym, when I’m leaving, and what I have to do in that time frame. Simple, efficient, and kinda fun.
“Creation of a T-Man” by John Berardi. Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
It got me in the best shape I am have ever been in (10 years training), but with volume that high it doesn’t work for me anymore.
Some of my favorites have already been listed (HST - I’m doing this now!). I have read all of Coach John Davies programs, and they are all great. But one that I didn’t see listed is Classical Core Conditioning. It’s a great way to work the abs. The article can be found here: Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
I really liked “The top 9 functional strength exercises” article. Theres nothing like being strong and functional. Read it here, Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
I really like The Weakest Link by Don Alessi. Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
I was wrong. The abs article by Coach Davies did get posted. But here’s another training article that is great for anyone who is short on time for training but would like to gain a few pounds and keep their strength. This is a cool program by Charles Poliquin and can be found in a Question of Strength article: Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
Training with maximal weights by Poliquin
the article would be even better if he specified how many times a week one should train.
Ian King’s Limping Series. I put an inch on my legs the first 3 weeks of it. Great program!
Charles Poliquin’s “Training with Maximal Weights” has really set the trend for my training in general, in terms of how I focus on strength.
The Bodybuilders Hierarchy of Needs is a must for beginners, and really everyone else too! I find myself printing this one out for people all the time: Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
I could have sworn that your favorite link was the FAQ.
Just about anything by Charles Staley, particularly “A Thinking Man’s Guide to Sets and Reps” - Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION. The notion of “quality” has had a huge impact on my training.
The best article: I continuously find myself telling scores of people to check out the “Foods That Make You Look Good Nekid” article by the editors. You can find it at Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
It’s sound advice with some good humor for individuals that are looking to lay the foundation for proper eating/dieting.
“Creation of a T-Man” was in my mind the best article. Berardi is the man. Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
TC’s Refresher Course discussing eccentric vs. concentric movements is the most eye-opening piece I’ve read here at T-mag. Every beginner should read this before starting.
