Most Meaningful T-Nation Article

I am curious as to what is the most meaningful T-Nation article to you? I did not say the best as that is too subjective and so many are great. I just want to know what is the article (or articles) that have had the most impact on your training or diet.

For me, I would say the Westside for skinny bastard series.

I’m going to have to say, EASILY, Merry Christmas, Bob. That, or Vision Quest.

Seconded. Technically it would probably be the article Shugart wrote that LISTED some of the top training programs in their past articles, which led me to the eight keys, but hey, close enough.

It is no exxageration to say that that article by tate, and the stones and tires thread from brad cardoza has played a part in the course of my life over the last 4 years. Especially in regards to the people I’ve met and the activities with which I’ve occupied myself

Merry Christmas Uncle Bob takes it.

If I ever have a friend making excuses or losing motivationin training, I’ll show them this

There’s so many, most of them are by TC and Chris Shugart.

TC = Let go of the rock.

Those are my personal favorites that influenced the way I train the most

While there are many articles that i learned a lot on training and nutrition, this one is very good, Batman and Superman:

Anything by CT

The one where TC talked about the concept of time really made me think.

Training wise? Probably the eight keys.

For motivation, it has to go to TC’s Vision
Quest:

Diet: Massive Eating/Temporal Nutrition

Training: still on debate, can’t really decide.

Merry Christmas Bob and Vision Quest were both moments of clarity for me, as well.

Anything by Berardi, minus his recipe articles. Not that they’re bad in any way, but I’m a very utilitarian cook that is too lazy to care about taste. Meat. Cook. Done.

Earlier Poliquin work.

Most of TC’s articles make me think. Training wise, I can’t really pick one yet.

Does TC stand for something? I see “TC” all the time and have no idea what people are talking about
