Coming from reading Weider stuff, and being exposed to “true” knowledge in this site, I read this article by CP, did it and am now well on my way to having the bod of my dreams. Of course, this started it all for me. All the articles here are top-notch.
Now, I’m done with ass-kissing, so why don’t you send some poor guy in the Philippines those myostats and that t-shirt that I have always been dreaming of! C’mon Shugs! Give a humble, good-looking “pinoy” a break will ya?
The Little Black book of training methods by TC. You can find it at: http://tmag.com/html/136lbb.html, this is a great article to learn all the different styles of training. Very newbie friendly. Another article i really love is Escalating Density Training by Charles Staley you can find it at: www.tmag.com/articles/196dens.html, i have been doing forearms and chest for a couple weeks now and have experience amazing results! my forearms are deffinately thicker. no more can i feel those scrawny bones!
Even though I really enjoyed EDT training by Charles Staley, I found it lacked any concerns for true strength gains, so I have to go w/ one of Charles’ older articles being “Convergent Phase Training” found at Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
Great Topic, I’m glad to see all of the different responses put together
I’d never given jump rope training a second thought until I read “Renegade Rope Training” by John Davies - Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION. Thanks to Coach Davies, skipping rope provides me with a great cardio/agility workout in minimal time.
