I would have to go with “Training with Maximal Weights” Training by Charles Poliquin found here Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION

Coming from reading Weider stuff, and being exposed to “true” knowledge in this site, I read this article by CP, did it and am now well on my way to having the bod of my dreams. Of course, this started it all for me. All the articles here are top-notch.

Now, I’m done with ass-kissing, so why don’t you send some poor guy in the Philippines those myostats and that t-shirt that I have always been dreaming of! C’mon Shugs! Give a humble, good-looking “pinoy” a break will ya?

Because of the previous postural problems I´d say “Booming biceps part 1 and 2” by Alessi has helped me tremendously. You can find the first part here: Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION

Chris, the most entertaining article is definitely “Resurrecting the Oak” (I’m a huge Arnold fan, it’s found at Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION

Even though I really enjoyed EDT training by Charles Staley, I found it lacked any concerns for true strength gains, so I have to go w/ one of Charles’ older articles being “Convergent Phase Training” found at Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
