Best Training Article Ever

My favorite training article, one you most likely have never heard of, is Escalating Density Training by Charles Staley. As if though it hasn’t been mentioned before, here it is: Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION

I really got a lot out of The Ian King Cheat Sheets by Chris Shugart. Part one is here: Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION Part two is here: www.testosterone.net/articles/172cheat.html

If I win I want the Myostat!!!

Poliquins top tricep exercises.

I love the 1-6 principle article, by Poliquin. Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION

My favorite article is 100 reps by Chad Waterbury. This has helped me an unbelievable amount, and I think everyone should give it a try. The link is Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION

For me, without a doubt, it’s Charles Poliquin’s “Training With Maximal Weights” article. Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION

Real abs by Coach Davies

I loved this article. The movements Coach Davies explains are a great challenge, and really transfer to sports well. I feel much more solid playing hockey than I did before I added the real abs core work.

Adam Marshall.

The Simpleton’s guide to the Poliquin Principles by TC give a nice rundown on how to structure a training program. They can be found in parts I and II here.

I’m gonna go with “Ripped, Rugged, and Dense” by Joel Marion. For all the newcomers, if you want to get ripped, this is how you do it. It was pretty damn well written too.

Tough call.

The one thing that I would have almost all lifters that I see in the gym read:

For a great laugh, this:

My favorite T-Mag articles would have to be the two part series, Ian King’s Cheat Sheets.

Part 1 can be found here: Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION

Part 2 can be found here:

I found both of these articles to be useful because they give an overview of King’s training methods. I have applied many of Ian King’s ideas to my training and had great success.

The “Little Black Book of Training Methods” at Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION would have to be one of my favorites. I like the way it presents all of the old-school methods and how it’s neatly organized. There isn’t a bunch of extra bullshit. You can just flip to a method and read the short on it.

There are so many is hard to choose. But I would have to say the lastest HST article is my current favorite.

I would have to say Ian kings 12 weeks to super strength, pop’em out muscles, the Ian King Cheat sheets, and EDT And HST Articles

As much as I like Charles P’s stuff, I like both of the programs from Staley in this article.

I liked The Training Codex article. Great info for beginners.

Anything by Davies and Tate is excellent. If I had to pick one it would be “Real Abs” by Davies found here:

Is the FAQ considered an article?? Actually, I’ll have to say “Things We’ve Learned” by the editors. It is probably one of the most (if not the most) comprehensive articles here at t-mag, as it has input from all the experts. I think it really gets to the heart of what this post is asking for. The link is here: Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION. And I also have to recommend, Chad Waterbury’s 100 reps article, which has been suggested (rightfully so) several times.

“Things we’ve learned.” without question.

I loved all of Ian King’s stuff but that is too many links and articles so the “Ian King Cheat Sheets” articles would have to be my picks.
