Without question the best article for me was the first of Ian King’s 12 week limping series. This was the beginning of really understanding proper training, muscle balance, recovery, etc. The first of many great 12 week programs can be found at Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION
My favorite article is No More Geek Back Training by Charles Poliquin Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION It got me to steer clear of the lat pull down machine with the rest of the geeks and started the creation of my T-man back.

I was stuck at 225 forever, but after using some of the tips provided, my bench shot up to 275 in a little over a month.
Definitely The Dead Zone or the Top 10 Deadlifting Mistakes. After reading some articles on Bob Peoples I noticed that most of what Dave Tate wrote about is what Bob Peoples was doing 50 years ago, like rounding the upper back, arching the lower back, getting the hips close to the bar, etc. One thing Peoples did that Dave Tate didn’t write about was breathing OUT as much as possible to take all the pressure off the internal organs & bow the upper back even more to get more leverage.
Believe it or not I made the best gains when I started watching my tempo on a PERMANANT basis.
I got the idea from TC after reading: Refresher Course: Eccentric VS. Concentric
