Best Place To Hit Someone

This is how real men fight.

DB

I don’t know how it is natural to make a fist. Is it natural to throw a haymaker, or run.

There is no real advantage to walking around with some fists clinched and shit. I keep my hands pretty relaxed most of the time. If I were in a street fight, which I have been in. I usually either hit, or throw the person. That’s it. My goal isn’t to bledgeon someone with my hand hammer, unless I’m like in some kind of malicious high school shit.

Even in the boxing ring, you don’t have a fist, you’re wearing gloves. So you keep your hands pretty open, not fully extended, and you close before impact. I don’t where this fist shit comes from. I think alot of people really over value this “fist.” It’s not really good form uch, unless it’s about to hit something.

I’m pretty sure it started with the first humans and it has survived this long, so I’m pretty sure it’s natural.

It doesn’t matter what knuckles you use. Keep yoru hand open and close it on impact.

The force of closing your hands, and whatever knuckles hit amplifies that damage incredibly.

How many fights have you been in? Better yet,how many fights have you seen were people don’t close their fists??? If your hand is open…you’ll be better off using an open hand strike or elbows.

Its natural to make a fist. In fact, that brings up another point…just think of someone who has trained years and years in ANY form of self defense or martial art. Lets say that person is a bad ass in sparring, training, etc.

Said person has never been in a fight…at least in uncontrolled environment. Its a late night and he gets in a confrontation outside an adult movie shop(of all the places…why!) and in that instant he forgets every damn thing he’s ever learned and human habit, instinct,or whatever the fuck you wanna call it kicks in.

He makes a fist…beats the shit out of the dude…fight lasts maybe 30 seconds. Adrenaline wears off…then you realize that you’ve broken your fucking left hand and big toe…but don’t even remember what the fuck you did. Anyways, enough of my cough best friends story.

The point(I know, finally) is that you don’t know what the fuck you’ll do in a situation…especially when you don’t have the mental for it…and trust me,you’ll never be as prepared as you think.

Punch 'em in the ovary

Yeah, right in the babymaker

Where is the best place to hit someone in a fight (just out of pure curiousity). Where is a good 1-hit knock out spot, or other spots to make them think twice?[/quote]

How much can you really know about yourself, if you’ve never been in a fight? Especially if you are the loser. You need to think twice about that.

Is it justme…or are we having technical difficulties?

I just figured you really liked your post.

The ovary.

Isn’t the throat off limits? If it’s just a regular brawl and you’re not actually trying to kill the guy? Hitting someone in the throat could have far worse consequences than losing an honest fight.

you’ve just made it pretty clear you don’t know a thing about any striking arts.

yeah…maybe a little bit…lol. Your avatar alone was probably enough advice on its own. I never take these type of threads that seriously…hence the advice to just go watch Never Back Down.

Ahem who? me? I’m SURE you’re refering to Sikkario.

Internet G-g-g-gangstAHS.

I think early humans wrestled more actually.

I’m not saying there isn’t a place for making fists, but if that’s you’re main concern when fighting you probably suck.

The fist doesn’t reall come into play until you’re about to jack someone in the face.

How the fuck do you thrown someone, or swat their strikes out, if you are mister clinched fist.

I always think of some uber nerd in middle school clinching his fists really tight and shaking them at you when I’m reading this thread.

If I get this right, the majority of you all are advocating, squeezing your hands real tight, and saying PUT EM UP. John Wayne style. That’s retarded, and ineffective.

How about, every boxing match? Do you think boxers, hold their fists as tight as they possibly can in their gloves? And those dudes, can’t grapple, can’t go for arm control or small joint manipulation. I have no idea, why anyone is arguing for hold you fist fully tight and walk around like that, that makes no sense.

I think you’re deeply mislead John Wayne. And you’re frat fights, where you guys have 5 year old girly punch matches where you stand in front of eachother and trade licks will easily crumble against someone who knows what their doing and doesn’t go for the old club hand technique you seem to espouse so much.
