Best Non-T-Nation Routine

What is the most effective training routine you have done that was not from Testosterone Nation? This can include anything by an author that writes for T-Nation but that was never published by it.

All of the strength/conditioning routines from Ross Enamait’s book “Infinite Intensity”.

I’ve been doing this program and I find it doing wonders.

Has anyone tried Max-OT? I’m thinking of trying it next month. It’s gotten good reviews from CT, but I’m curious about the results it has gotten people.

Come to think of it, I don’t think I ever have followed a T-Nation program from start to finish. I have taken many, many things from them and added them to my own though.
