Bert Assirati was a famous wrestler in the 1940s who possessed possibly the strongest body i have ever seen. ronnie? dimas? tate? nope none come even close imo.
its been documented that he can one-arm pullup with either of his arms for 3 reps and can pullup with 200 lbs added. note that steroids weren’t even used at this time. His weight? 265 lbs
i mean, just look at his one-arm handstand. I cant imagine ever wrestling with this guy.
He had an unbelievable frame to start off with. The guy had 10 inch wrists! It must’ve been easy as hell for this guy to gain muscle with that kind of potential.
