He doesnt seem to be quite as conditioned in that last pic as the others, especially in the legs?

Fox was arguably one of the thickest, and biggest (upper body) bodybuilders of his era. Of course as any competitor woth their salt will tell you, having dominant body parts can sometimes also serve to point out relative flaws in areas less developed.

While a fan favorite, he would get beaten by more “complete” competitors of the time.

Last I heard, and this is going back many years by now, he was on trial for murder. (I’m sure Colucci’s got all the latest details… Chris?)

Yep. One could argue he’s certainly holding his own in this (admittedly-legless) pic against one of the greatest ever, but he still placed, I believe, 5th.

Yessir. Arrested for double murder in the late-90s (his fiance and her mother). He was originally sentenced to hang, but a few years ago that got commuted to life in prison without parole.
