Benchin in the program???

Renegade training seems like the one for me, but I have been doing some research and haven’t seen anything on bench presses. I know you may not “beleive” in them, but my high school coach does. And he bases what we did in the off-season by our max-outs. Does this training have bench days? Will this help increase my bench?
