I did coach davies BJJ program a couple months ago. Had great results! How has everyone included “renegade style” workouts with their bodybuilding or powerlifting style workouts. I love to lift weights and love alot of the stuff I got from davies program, kbell circuits,burpees etc.
I use some of the forgotten lifts i.e. the Turkish Get Up for my Olympic lifts and Saxon side bends (I didn’t think there was a better exercise than old side bends until I actually tried) Resurrecting Sprint & Agility sessions with Stiff Deads & Ham Curls is punishing the hams. Whose article was that?
