Help Me Get My Bench Up

You guys know of programs designed just for my bench? I can bench 230 right now and need help getting my bench to 260- 270.

Search for shawn phillips’s add 50 lbs to your bench program. The main reason why it works is that you’re focusing on bench of course.

i would say just try hitting deadlifts, clean and press, and weighted dips. Remember that your only as strong as your weakest link. So if your shoulders are weak your bench will only go so heavy before your shoulders cant hack it.
