After warmup and stretch I start the bench press.
When i go heavy and do 3-5 reps the problem start.When I unrack it and start lowering it I feel a VERY strong pain in my forearms and biceps.I just cant lowering it with control,it just crash down on my chest.When the bar has stopped and I start pressing up I usually can complete my reps even if my arms hurt.As you understand this is not all that fun,please help me with this.I been training 15+years and is
stronger than most of the guys in the gym.I have helped others with their problem but this one I dont understand,its like the nervesystem shut of my arms…
