As others have said, these data points will be way towards the top end of a random sample. But if it’s for a class project it shouldn’t matter too much if they just want to see that you’re capable of manipulating the data.
For those who are interested, here are several percentile points for men in different age groups. Bench press weight ratio = weight pushed/body weight.
Age 20-29: 95%ile 1.63, 75%ile 1.26, 50%ile 1.06, 25%ile .90, 5%ile .72
Age 30-39: 95%ile 1.35, 75%ile 1.08, 50%ile .93, 25%ile .81, 5%ile .65
Age 40-49: 95%ile 1.20, 75%ile .96, 50%ile .84, 25%ile .74, 5%ile .59
