Would it be okay to substitute the ab excercises on lower body days in BBB with loaded carries?
My gym doesn’t have a prowler or something so I thought loading up a trap bar and walking the gym up and down would be a cool thing to increase grip strength, hit the abs and get some conditioning work.
Jim has stated repeatedly that if you want to use farmer’s walks or something similar, you should treat them like a strength exercise and not conditioning. He’s straight up said that using them for conditioning is a terrible idea.
