Thank you sir.
Interesting to hear Yates talking about coming in with good condition and proportion rather than just size, since he’s typically touted as the first modern mass monster.
He was definitely a bull.
wow, Ronnie used to be young…
I love how Dillet isn’t following any of Charles’ instructions during the workout haha
Damn! I’ve never seen a freakier rectus femoris than Levrone’s!
Nasser was the bomb! Thanks for the vids!
Cheers.
thanks for these.

He’d end up bigger than the hulk…
Wasnt it Jean Pierre Fux that blew out both his quads doing a shoot for Flex before a competition ?
Was using a heavy weight, but nothing he didnt use in workouts and regularly, and they just ripped.
They still used the pictures in the magazine though ![]()

Oh shit…
Don’t know anything about it, though.
Anyone else think that JP Fux looks a lot like the guy playing titus pullo (or whatever the name was) in Rome? (ok, so the rome guy is way smaller, but face-wise?)
yeh i think it was 750lbs on the squat

the accident

Is that serious or a joke?
Nope. Tore both his quads with 675 on the bar.
Must have been a new type of pain.

I believe after this shoot Flex started using fake weights for their shoots…
