Deadlift 1RM: 425

Goals: Loose 2% bodyfat, while maintaining as much muscle as possible
By December get new DL 1RM of 455, Bring bench and squat up additional 50 lbs each.

Other stuff:
Training right now kind of off and on with the day since I am prepping for GRE and biomed engineering grad school apps all this month.

Why are you telling all this?

With so much work being done at school and shit that is sucking up all your time, why would it be viable to lose 2% body fat which is gonna make progressing to your higher weight goals retarded and unsuccessful?

Ya, I agree with what Diluted said. If you are going to have a lot of pressure with school, take advantage and focus on putting some weight on. At 5’10’’ 190 and 10 percent BF, if you are a true 10, you have room to gain at least 15 or so pounds very easily.
