Haha well it makes sense now why your Benching is pretty good for being so tall. You’ve got the advantages of being tall but not those lanky octopus proportions.
How are you liking Paul Carter’s training? Will you be using it after you transition out of your cut, or change to something different?

Yessir I will keep using it, he has a “mass training” where he basically just changes his principles slightly. Basically you pick a main movement and chase rep records, blast the muscles of the day, and use more intensity techniques.
