I’ve always thought train like a strongman, recover like a weightlifter, eat like a bodybuilder, and dope like a powerlifter.

I like this except for the bodybuilder part lol I will do the best of both worlds and do CG SS 3-4x8 then seated OHP 2-3x8

I have 120’s at school and 80’s at home that’s it…I suppose you could use a trap bar if you wanted too bad enough lol

My back is on fire from top to bottom after yesterday. My traps and mid back are especially sore.

The trap bar is super awkward. My school gym only goes up to 120’s which are too light. I was pretty much sprinting the last time I did them

Had our first rec league game tonight, it’s some really good ball. It’s your typical inner city basketball but we still won. Half time of our game I went up and was sooooooo close to throwing it down off 2 feet. I guess weight loss does crazy things for your vertical.

Yes, yes it does lol. One of the coolest things I experienced when I first cut was suddenly people thought I had some ups, and I could dunk. That and just the general feeling of being much quicker on my feet was a great feeling for recreation sports.

Absolutely, I can get where I want on the court when I want now that I’m lighter.

Yesterday did wonders for me mentally, nothing sounds good except chicken and vegetables. Macros this week are 220P, 140C and 75F with one refeed of 190P, 280 C 50 F which I will probably take thursday cause there’s a pool party darty on Friday since it’s the last day of school lol I ate so much shit yesterday I’m fairly certain it caused me to have a bad migraine. I don’t know if anyone would consider this bulimic but whenever that happens if I throw up he goes away pretty fast…so I went full bulimic and went 3 fingers deep. 255x3 coming tonight on bench.
