Without spilling the beans…think of a test a girl takes where it’s only a “positive” if she tests “negative”…2 negatives and I know I’m good lol felt good just to not have to worry about that anymore and just think about work and training. Describe to me how you wrap or post up a video… i start just below the knee cap and get 5 revolutions up to maybe a hands width above the knee cap then get 4 on the way down before i loop to end the wrap and that seems to be the best way for me. Idk how much I get out of them though but its more than you seem to.
also just takes time to get used to… if you tie them right a wrapped squat feels completely different than a regular squat to me
