Anyone using the Power Push up 2 or the Fabled Cables? Or any other type of bands? Where di you get them and how much should I pay?

T-mag reviewed the power push up thing a while back in the stuff we like column. Not the same thing Westside uses though. I think you’re looking for Jumpstretch.

You didn’t say what you wanted the cables for.

I got some fabled cables from Ironmind for training whilst away with work and because I do alot of grappling. I find the strength transfer to be excellent for grappling work. They are expensive but very good quality.

You can’t really do leg work with them but there are certainly alot of upper body exercises that can be accomplished. You only get 5 cables to work with. This is enough for stuff like bicep curls but then i am a 185lb weakling! So you may want extra cables.
